UV board is a brand-new door board which is high grade, environmental, high brightness and aging proof processed by special industry and modernization and taking excellent and dampproof MDF as the basic material. In Europe, UV technic (Ultraviolet radiation solidification dope) is called as “Industry Environmental Technic of 21th century”. It is applied in many aspects, such as furniture manufacture, upholster, exterior decoration, surface processing of car and watch, and medicine (filling tooth, bones repair) etc, which bring a new experience for human life. UV board is environmental, colorful, high brightness, antimicrobial, easy to clean, lens effect etc, and especially, the releasing volume of formaldehyde is lower than other common material.

      UV environmental dope doesn’t have the volatile which is bad for human body, and the surface of the product processed by UV dope will be high rigidity, and able to endure. Since the PU and PE paint are not environmental, production miscellaneous and long cycle, the market is less and less. In Europe, UV dope occupies 40% market share in dope and paint market. In 2010, it is foreseen that UV dope will reach 70% or above.
